developments, Bed n Breakfast, Backpackers, Motel, Hotel to 60%
Rural Property to 60%
Lifestyle to 70%

2. Business Equity Loans & Equity Credit Lines- Loans secured by residential property
for business purposes. Usually at residential rates. Max term is
25 years. (credit Lines are by annual review) Up to 80%

3. Overdrafts - lines of credit. Secured by various fixed assets, some may even be unsecured. These loans are to cover working capital requirements and start at $2,000 upwards.
