Second Mortgage Finance

We are able to arrange second mortgage finance up to $20,000 for residential properties within New Zealand.

You may pay off the second mortgage anytime you wish, the 
early repayment fee is only $20.

Second mortgage rates are currently circa 19%.
Principal & Interest Loans ONLY
Clients with poor credit history should not apply.

Owner occupied max LVR is 95%
Investment Property max LVR is 90%

Mortgage Brokers may apply for second mortgages however it 
should be noted that no commission is payable on the second mortgages.

Mortgage Brokers must submit by email or fax...... 
1. First mortgage balance & supporting information including last 3 months bank statements.
2. Borrower vehicle registration numbers.
3. Copy of drivers licenses at 200%
